McNeil Welcomes McLeish Victory
MSP for Greenock & Inverclyde, Duncan McNeil, has welcomed the election of Henry McLeish as leader of the Scottish Labour Party.
Commenting on the contest, Mr McNeil said:
"I am very pleased that Henry McLeish has been entrusted with taking Donald’s legacy forward.
"I am sure that the party - both in the Parliament and in the country - will get behind Henry and work towards delivering our objectives of ending poverty and delivering full employment."
